CROSSING THE POWER LINES: the Special Case of Communication in Hierarchical Relationships
at the Hotel Whitcomb, 1231 Market St. SF, Ca.
There are things submissives and slaves do not say to their Daddies and Masters, at least not without unhappy consequences, and Sir too will choose what he says with care if he values his boy’s devotion. We hear over and over how crucial honest communication is, but clarity and transparency aren’t a matter of saying whatever comes into your head: they’re a conscious and careful creation.
There’s no single “right” way to live and speak as a slave, boy, girl, Dominant or anything else, but there are principles that can guide you in sustaining a fulfilling power dynamic. Group discussion and role-play of problem scenarios will aim to help you discover your own “best practices” for your chosen relationship style.
