Alden Spafford Progressive Dinner

The Progressive Dinner is held annually in memory of Alden Spafford, a dedicated organizer of this event prior to his passing. This is a social event to bring together leather community members in support of our businesses and to raise funds to support the annual Bay Area Leather Community Volunteer Holiday Party.

This event is a dinner served course-by-course during a tour of select South of Market (SOMA) leather businesses!

This year, our five stops include Mr. S, Wicked Grounds, KOK, Powerhouse and Hole in the Wall. The tour begins at 6 p.m., and ends around 8:30 p.m., which will leave everyone with time for plenty of rest—or partying—before Mama’s Leather Walk, the official Leather Week kickoff, which starts the following morning with the raising of the Leather Pride flag in the Castro.

Vegetarian options will be available at each stop, plus a ride-share van will be provided for participants with limited mobility.

A limited number of tickets are available at $20 for all five courses from Leather Alliance Driectors as well as online at Brown Paper Tickets.

Join your favorite Leather folks on Saturday, September 17th, 2011 for the annual Progressive Dinner!
